All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They'll recognize you when you walk in the door, and help you any way they can. They have a great selection in the store, and if they don't have it they'll get it for you quickly. They also have a jeweler on site, so no need to wait weeks to get your ring resized.
All the staff at cooper-Brinkley were friendly and helpful. They fixed my ring and then went out of their way to ensure I didn’t have to make another trip. There was a miscommunication when I wanted the gold finish textured, but they took it back and the jeweler finished right away while I was still there. Love this place and will go again. Looking forward for to the trunk show!
This place is unbelievable. You want a good deal and and friendly service this is your place. Mark was amazing at letting you know your options and can help design an amazing ring. Best part is they treat you like family not a number like the big stores.

They took diamonds from my old wedding ring and made a beautiful necklace pendant and a set of ear rings from it. Turned out stunning. Highly recommend this business for buying or customizing jewelry.
